Circumstances - On 4 May, 2003 Malcolm dropped his (next of kin) off at an appointment in Mudgee. Malcolm was supposed to pick her up at 1pm but failed to show up. The (Next of kin)  informed police that she and Malcolm had a personal disagreement. The (next of kin) believes that Malcolm  is somewhere in Western Australia as a bank document she received indicates he has withdrawn money in Broome and Perth.
