| Circumstances - Stephen was last seen about 11am on 11 February 2006 when he was dropped off outside the Blacktown Workers Club. Stephen stated he was attending a job interview but has not been seen since. Stephen's disappearance is out of character and there are serious concerns for his safety and welfare. |
APPEAL TO LOCATE MISSING MAN - BLACKTOWN

Windsor (NSW) Police are appealing to the public to help locate a missing
28-year-old Edensor Park man
Stephen Jamal Toth, has not been seen or heard from since he was dropped off
outside a licensed premises in Blacktown at 11am on Saturday 11 February.
Stephen is described as being of White/European appearance, 170-175cm tall, with
a medium build, short black hair, a goatee beard, and brown eyes. Stephen also
has a tattoo on his right shoulder with the letters UAD.
At the time he went missing Stephen was wearing blue jeans, a short sleeve blue
shirt, a light brown jacket and thongs.
Police and family are concerned for Stephens welfare as it is out of character
for him to not make contact with relatives for such a long period.
