CIRCUMSTANCES:

Steven Campbell was last heard from on Friday 13 December, 1991, when he telephoned his parents in Gurranang NSW from Queensland. He told them he was going to leave Brisbane the following morning and hitch-hike home. He never arrived. About a week later Queensland police contacted Steven's parents and advised them that his backpack containing personal papers and his wallet were found near Mt Lindsay. An extensive search was conducted to no avail.
