MP purchased a motor vehicle MP travelled to Mareeba where he obtained a Prospecting.  On 31 May 1991 MP was issued with a Traffic Offence Notice by the Cairns Police. On 3 June 1991 property of the MP was found at Apex Park, at the Thomson River via Longreach. Then on 5 June 1991 the vehicle purchased by MP in Brisbane was found abandoned at a Rest Area 5 km east of Longreach on the Landsborough Highway.
