Broadmeadows Police (Victoria)  are searching for an 41-year-old Meadow Heights man who went missing yesterday afternoon.

Investigators have been told that Nelson Isaac was last seen at his Keogh Court residence just before midday.

It appears that Nelson left the residence some time during the day and has not been seen since.

He is described as being of medium build, 168 centimetres tall, brown hair, brown eyes and an dark complexion.

Police and his family hold great concerns for Nelson as her requires medication which he did not take with him.
