Police concerned for missing man

SA Police have asked for the public's help to find a 39-year-old man who was last seen about a fortnight ago.
Grant Muckray has been missing since March 26 after leaving a house at Green Fields in Adelaide's north on foot.
His family is concerned for his welfare because he has a medical condition.
He is described as tall, with a heavy build and short spiky hair.
