SA Police are seeking information from the public in finding missing person Kerry Heyer.
Ms Heyer has been missing since 9.30am on Friday 15 April from the Lyell McEwin Hospital.
Police are concerned for her welfare as Ms Heyer suffers a medical condition and needs to continue her health treatment at the hospital.
Ms Heyer is described as Caucasian appearnace, 47 years-old, 177cm, approximately 52kg, slim build, blue eyes with grey collar length scraggly hair.
She was last seen wearing a pink and purple shirt, black trousers and a black beanie.
Ms Heyer is unlikely to strike up a conversation with anyone and will more than likely avoid people.
She may even appear confused.
She has been known in the past to sleep under bridges or in accessible sheds.
Police ask anyone who sees a person matching Kerry's description or has any information as to her whereabouts to contact the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 or BankSA Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
