Circumstances: Ian Bailey was reported missing to Police on 18 January 2004 after he had not been seen or heard from for 2 weeks. Ian normally remains in regular contact with his family, however, they have not had contact with him since New Year's Eve. Police were called to Mr BAILEY'S unit in Penrith in relation to concern for his welfare. Police found the Unit to be secure but there was water running out from under the door. A search of the unit failed to locate Mr BAILEY. This is out of character for Mr BAILEY not to contact family and friends. There are genuine concerns for his welfare.
