In another case, police are also searching for Clayton man Ngoc Awh Huynh, who has been missing since Monday.
Mr Huynh can only speak limited English and requires regular medication.
He has been known to visit public places in Dandenong, Brighton, Sorrento and St Kilda.
Mr Huynh is Asian, 152 centimetres, 55 kilograms and was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt, white and dark-coloured flanelette shirt and black roman sandals.
He has an olive complexion, short straight black hair, a thin moustache, wears glasses.
