Circumstances: Andreas Horban was last seen by family members at his home at 12:30pm on 23/6/95. He is known to have travelled to Wollongong Hospital, NSW. He then left the Hospital and has not been seen or heard from since. Andreas suffers from serious medical conditions and due to this and his age, his family are concerned for his welfare.
