Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing tourist who has failed to return to family members in Randwick.
Hieu Do was reported missing by her father after she left her residence and failed to return yesterday (Wednesday 16 November 2011).
The 53-year-old is believed to have gone for a walk around the area and didn’t take any personal property with her.
Ms Do is described as being of Asian appearance, with a medium to overweight build, about 163cm tall, 60-65kg in weight, with dark freckles on her face and black hair cut in a bob-style.
She was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt with grey pants and black sandals.
The 53-year-old was also wearing a black leather-banded wrist watch with gold colouring on the face of the watch.
Police have conducted a number of enquiries to locate the woman including searching local shopping centres and contacting nearby hospitals.
