QLD Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a man missing in Townsville since last Monday.

27-year-old Hailiang Zheng was last seen at the Townsville Port by work associates around 11.30am on March 8, 2010.

Mr Zheng has not made contact with family or friends since this time and concerns are held for his safety and well being.

Mr Zheng is described as being of Chinese descent, 165cm tall with black hair, brown eyes and a slim build. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing.
