Circumstances - George Palmer was last seen at 4.30pm on 28 March 1988, where he had spent the day at the day care centre, North Turramurra, Sydney and had been dropped off at his home address. George's son arrived home at 5.30pm and noticed his father was missing. George could have been trying to make his way back to Broken Hill. He was wearing gold rimmed glasses, grey trousers, white shirt, cardigan and sports jacket.
