There are 'serious concerns' for the welfare of a 46-year-old man who has not been seen in five weeks.

Geoffrey Cole was last seen at his daughter's address in Ferndale on November 27 and has not been in contact with his family or friends since.

Police say there are serious concerns for the man's welfare and his lack of contact was "out of character".

His last known location was at Dougie's Roadhouse in Cunderdin where it is believed he could have purchased fuel for his vehicle.

He is in possession of a red Ford Falcon sedan with a NSW registration A038AQ.

Mr Cole is described as being Caucasian, about 175 cm with a slim build, brown eyes and is balding.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a shirt.
