Patrick Gallaty was last seen at Campbelltown Hospital Sydney NSW at 2pm on 24 August 2001. At the time of his disappearance he was living in the Minto area. When last seen Patrick had short dark curly hair and a full ginger coloured beard. He was wearing a grey suit with a burgundy-coloured shirt, burgundy tie and black shoes, and was carrying a briefcase. There are grave fears for his safety and welfare.
