Police appeal for information on missing man - Lake Macquarie

Police are appealing for the public's help in finding a missing 37-year-old man in the Lake Macquarie area.
 
David Hawkins was last seen about 1pm on Thursday (22) May when he walked away from his house at Mathew Avenue, Jewells.
 
Mr Hawkins is described as being white/European appearance, 170cm tall, solid build, weighing approximately 105kg. He has short dark coloured hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a Newcastle Knights football jersey, black track pants with blue and white stripes on the side and white jogging shoes.
 
The family of Mr Hawkins and police have serious concerns in regards to his welfare.
