Missing person Evans

WA Police have concern for the welfare of David Matthew Evans who was last seen at his Eagle Bay residence on Tuesday 13th January 2009 at about 10pm.

Mr Evans is 43 years of age, approximately 198cm tall with long brown hair tied back in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a pair of plain black track pants and a white round neck t-shirt.

Mr Evans suffers from a mental illness that requires further attention.
