Daryl John NORRIS was last seen at 8.30pm on Tuesday the 4th February 2020 at his home address in Cleve, South Australia. It appears that Daryl left the family home on foot without shoes, wallet, cash, bank card or his phone sometime during that evening or in the early hours of the next day. Daryl's disappearance is very out of character and there is serious concern for his safety and welfare, particularly given he has never done anything like this before. Extensive searches undertaken, along with police enquiries to date, have failed to locate Daryl and his current whereabouts remain unknown.

Mr Norris, 59, is described as a “beloved family man” and was last seen leaving his Cleve home at 8.30pm on Tuesday, February 4.
It is believed Mr Norris left his home on foot with a small food supply, however without personal items such as his phone and wallet.
According to police, Mr Norris is known to leave the house for up to a day at a time, but has never been out of contact for such a long period.
Police on Monday said they were worried for his welfare.
“Police hold grave fears for the welfare of missing Cleve man Darryl Norris, after efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful,” Eyre Western operations inspector Mark Hubbard said.
“Given the passage of time police have real concern for his welfare, given Mr Norris suffers from a medical condition and his family have not heard from him.”
An extensive police search has been carried over a 3.6km radius surrounding Cleve, which included a police helicopter and a drone.
Police don’t believe foul play has played a part in Mr Norris’ disappearance, however Insp Hubbard said the more time passes the worse the situation could be.
“The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are not suspicious, however police keep an open mind in the hope he will be found safe,” Insp Hubbard said.
“We are hopeful that he has found his way to shelter and it is possible that he doesn’t want to be found, however if he is out in the elements and without water for six days, then that would be very bad.”
Mr Norris is described as caucasian, 183cm tall and with a slim build. Anybody with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
A search with drones and all-terrain vehicles has failed to find a South Australian man who has been missing for almost three weeks.
Police and State Emergency Service crews have searched through dense vegetation close to the Eyre Peninsula home of Daryl Norris but said no new evidence had been found.
The 59-year-old was last seen at his home in Cleve about 8.30pm on Tuesday February 4 wearing brown cargo shorts and a t-shirt.
He left home on foot with some food but without his mobile phone or wallet, or any personal items.
Mr Norris walks with a limp. Police believe he could have fallen and may be in need of medical attention.

Police are renewing their appeal for information regarding missing man Daryl Norris following a search on the weekend.
Cleve Police with the assistance of SES, conducted a day long search on Saturday 22 February through dense vegetated areas close to Cleve and Mr Norris’ home address. The search included SES personnel on the ground along with all-terrain vehicles and drones. Unfortunately, no new evidence was found.
Daryl Norris was last seen at his home around 8.30pm on Tuesday 4 February and police and family hold grave fears for his welfare.
Mr Norris is 59 years and described as Caucasian, 183cm tall, slim build with blue eyes and brown/grey hair. He walks with a limp and was last seen wearing brown cargo shorts and a t-shirt.
Police believe Mr Norris left on foot with some food supplies but without any personal items such as a mobile phone or wallet. There have been no confirmed sightings of him and it is possible he could have fallen and injured himself and in need of medical attention.
Police are also renewing their appeal for local residents to check any of their vacant properties including any vacant buildings.
The investigation into Mr Norris’ disappearance continues and anyone with information, including anyone who have passed through the town and possibly sighted him, is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
