Pierre Cussinet was a French national Airline Pilot for Air France and disappeared from his Double Bay, Sydney, NSW address around 22 February 1971. At the time there was a pilot strike on and Pierre was allegedly depressed due to the strike and personal troubles. His towel and swimming costume were missing from his room.
