Victorian Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing 75-year-old Carnegie man.

Investigators have been told Norman Casbolt was last seen by his wife at their home on Elliot Avenue around 2pm yesterday afternoon.

It is alleged Norman told his wife he was going for a walk and has not returned.

Police are concerned for the man who suffers a medical condition.

Norman is described as Caucasian in appearance, thin build, with grey hair in a crew cut style, hazel eyes, and a fair complexion.

He was last seen wearing a green lumber jacket, blue jeans and glasses.
