This is the Story

This is the story of a young lady who has lost her way and somewhere along that path decided to take a turn that would only spell trouble for all those involved.

It involves the unauthorized detention of two very young children who were removed from South Australia to the United States for a maternal family visit.  After arriving in the US their mother called her husband at home in Australia and in a voice mail stated that she was not coming back and that the marriage was over.

There was no indication of a reason why and no evidence prior to that time that such a turn of events could take place.

The father of the children retained the services of an attorney in the State of Montana who went into Federal Court and then to Montana State Court and obtained an order for the mother to return to Australia with the children by a certain date.  All of Robin's family believed that she had departed to return to Australia except for the maternal grandmother who family members thought was taking her Robin and grandchildren to the airport for the return flight to Australia.

Robin and children apparently never got on the plane and their present whereabouts are unknown to the father of the children who has not heard from them since.

The children's father is an Australian citizen, their mother is an American with permanent residency rights in Australia and the children were born in Australia making them Australian citizens.
