Circumstances -  Anthony Payne was last seen at 4.30pm on 7 March 1984 at Westmead, Sydney. He has not made contact with family or friends since this time. Extensive inquiries by police have failed to locate any trace of Anthony since his disappearance. There are grave concerns for Anthony's welfare.
